Had a tea and freshly made good sized sandwich, both spot on, which is great in respect to the tea as these can be hit and miss. Good choice of coffees also. Very clean and a lovely polite lady serving. Currently only one person allowed in the shop at a time. Good value for money.
Went to Bamburgh today and called into The Pantry. The lady behind the counter was lovely and the sandwiches were amazing. You couldn't of bought the amount of ham in a supermarket for the price I paid for it. My wife's sandwich was amazing too. Didn't get time to visit Castle so going again on Friday on way home and will visit the Pantry again for another sandwich.
Decent brew in a decent location in Bamburgh. Parking in the area generally seems to be a bit of a nightmare, but we found parking by the Grace Museum and walking down was fine. The Pantry is doing it's very best during the pandemic, so expect a short queue... it's worth it!!!
My husband came in for a piece of carrot cake for me on bank holiday Monday. He had the clown mask on which the lady thought was funny ….. I think. Anyway the carrot cake was the best I have ever had, please can I have the recipe. Thank you
Called for takeaway coffee whilst cycling through Bamburgh.... Couldn't resist a pork pie and Cuddy's Cave cheese. All delicious
Amazing sandwiches and pastries. Staff are quick efficient and very helpful. Very affordable. Food was delicious and fresh.
Come in the pantry quite often for there homemade sandwiches which is all butchered meat and fillings made at home. Ice cream in the shop is the best around it's a must try. Also fine selection of cheeses. Julie the owner is very helpful and serves with a smile. Would recommend visiting this shop
