Much better example of spoons.nUp to date with allergy knowledge, friendly and helpful staff, quick service. Food comes out hot and actually edible. Have eaten here many times and rarely had any issues. Varied menu, and surprisingly quite a lot for both vegetarian and gluten free.nRelatively cheap and plenty of seating.nParking can be a bit of a nightmare, sometimes you'll find a place on the high St, sometimes near Sainsbury's car park and sometime have to go behind the high St.nThis spoons can get really busy and loud. So if you have neuro-diverity, then be aware. It's manageable, but at times I've had to leave quicker than I've wanted to as it's gotten too much. Ear defenders or loop earphones would be a good idea to limit this
Very good spoons, very big with lots of tables
Update 4*nActually have ketchup now.nFood still good but was very busynnOriginal 3*nThe food was nice but had no ketchup which ruined it a bit but I like how there are areas of this pub that are quiet and out of the way which helps when having a meeting here with someone.nThe acoustics are bad here the sound bounces around making it loud so then people get to talk louder to hear each other and it just gets worse so if you're sensitive to loud noise I recommend finding a quieter area or visit during quieter times.nI do like this wetherspoon but feel out of all the ones they have this one I can't really see anything that shows what the building was originally used for like all the other wetherspoon pubs I've been to.
Food is really good here. And the service is quite fast and efficient. Really impressed by the quality of the food. Better than some restaurants I've been to. Would definitely recommend it to others.
Bought a cheese and ham panini for £7.80 with a drink. The pint was fine but there was hardly any ham in the panini so essentially I paid £3.00 for toasted bun. When I showed one of the staff they said it comes how it comes. I said there's no hame in that side and he just shrugged his shoulders. Very bad customer service!
