Wouldn't recommend getting any helium balloons from them - I got one for my two year old daughter and the lady didn't tie it on properly so when we got it out the car it flew up into the air - my daughter was very upset. Upon calling to see if they would honour another one they said it was my word against theirs and they would not honour that! I have always got balloons from them previously but will be going somewhere where they can tie them properly from now on! Rather disappointed they are so willing to loose a customer so easily.... and I also really don't appreciate them implying that I have lied!

Hi there,I came to the store on January 13, 25, around 11:00 AM, and bought things worth about 50 pounds. I tried to use the coupon for the January discount, but the coupon was rejected on the pretext that the items purchased were already discounted, and the coupon could not be used for discounted items. Knowing that most of what is in the store is discounted, and I was treated with disrespect and harshness by the employee, and this is a disgrace to the name of the store, which I have been one of your customers for more than ten years. Found this store to well stocked with both ladies and gents clothing in abundantly staff were very professional and helpful and friendly well worth a visit anytime.
