Used to work here, the best thing about this place are the staff, always giving 110%, if the company put the money they earnt into their current stores like this, the staff would stay, instead, it only the staff that keep the customer coming back!

Mum fell over a bench that was put in the middle of the floor. She is 83. Staff unhelpful until i started taking photos of the bench and her knee which she had hurt also ripped her tights. Then they came. Took name and address. Then got the area manager to phone me. All she could say was make sure she rests. No apology or a goodwill gesture. Bloody rude.

The only down fall i think I can pick about this place.. the space you just managed walking between each aisel. If you have pram or in wheelchair ect.. It's very over crowded
