Have only ordered take away from this place. The food is quite good and is ready for you to collect in a reasonable time 20 mins. Don't bother ordering a vegetable side. The amount of meat you get in your meals compared to veg is disappointing. A meal consisting of meat, onion and bell pepper might contain only about 1/4 meat with the rest being vegetables.
The food was okay overall. Everything was cooked through, which is always a positive. However, the flavors were fairly tasteless overall. Part of our oder was the Appetiser Oriental Platter for 2, which had a good amount of food in it, although the ribs had definitely seen better days. On the bright side, ordering was easy and the food was cooked on time. Overall, it's an okay place, but I'm not sure we will rush back.
Top notch, Good Vegetarian Menu Thank You Finally a Chinese that does a Vegetarian set Menu - this could be expanded as tbh I don't like Tofu or Aubergine But I could help You expand Your Vegetarian Menu . On the 17/06 when I spoke to the lady on the telephone after placing my order online, she was very rude and shouted down the phone at me. This is not a way to run any customer service business - for that reason I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone, absolutely NO customer service skills AT ALL.Food: 1/5
Staff here are very rude and unprofessional. The young woman at the counter is the only pleasant person. We had awful food so rang them and they were arguing while on the phone to me. We were asked to take the food back and “Christine” was very unprofessional and rude. Very poor customer service. Won’t return and will not recommend to anyone
A miserable reception when collecting our meals poor quality ingredients, badly cooked chicken ball uncooked batter , pink chicken and no flavours. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. One star as it was ready on collection .Food: 1/5
The customer service was 0-10 the lady at reception was rude and disrespectful she has Been already rude over the phone no respect for the customer was shouting in Chinese and the soup had soy souce all over disgusting 1-10 would not recommend
Ordered on line first time ordering from you guys and what can I say other than its the best Cantonese meal we have had in a very long time, your quick delivery, hot and portions were so generous, my husband and I have lunch for tomorrow lol and very full tummys tonight. OMG. A Thai Green Curry with coconut milk, bamboo shoots & water chestnuts. Sounds wonderful except the result was no water chestnuts, one bamboo shoot and a sauce almost transparent with the consistency of a very thick wall paper paste. Even bit into a congealed lump of what looked like the remains of a gelatine sheet, or at least something that resembled flat chewing gum. All with a goodly amount of boiled onions and similarly prepared incipid bright white chicken. Uneatable sadly. Last time we go to this takeaway.
Ordered food. After an hour & 10 we're still waiting so assuming it has to be exceptional when it finally arrives it's taken so long to cook!Food: 1/5
