Poor aftercare..  the owners mother asked me if the hair dressers could train and use me as  one of the first 'human' models for the new hair extensions along with her. I was very thankful, didn't expect the world. But at the time Id heard it was a great salon... I cannot fault my experience whilst in the salon and they were all lovely, but once done, they gave me an 'aftercare' Package which consisted of shampoo, conditioner and comb, the owners mother then said in a weeks time she would pick me up and take me to the salon and they would check hair extentions, she then messaged me on the day allocated to say that she couldn't do which was fair enough, but to this date I have messaged her twice and she's ignored me.. disgusting. shame as it's a lovely salon.

Totally unprofessional, damaged my hair, were rude and haven't apologised. I had a long balayage hair colour that I'd been really happy with and it was made up of brown roots with layers of light brown, caramels and down to blonde ends. I went in to have my roots coloured as normal, only to find my stylist Gemma had left the day before! The owner Charlotte saw me instead. She checked my root colour on their system, mixed it and started applying. When it was washed off, I realised she'd coloured my whole hair root to tip in dark brown. Shocked & upset, I paid and left with wet hair to pick up my son. In daylight I noticed the ends had been coloured dark brown, but they were a khaki green hue! So I called the salon to say I was upset with what they had done & they told me to come straight back. Back in the salon, Charlotte said she would remove the brown ends. After putting another treatment on my hair, she tried to comb it through, but my hair was like straw and a pinky, salmon orange colour. I couldn't believe it. I asked what could be done, how can she make it better. I was so upset that the hair colour I'd spent a lot of money creating over the last year, at their salon, had been ruined. Not only that, but my hair damaged. Charlotte said she could recreate the balayage and added another colour treatment. When this was washed off my hair was even more orange and she couldn't get a comb through it at all. She tried to dry it, but it was damaged. As she tried to comb it, my hair snapped and she pulled out matted clumps. She then put an oil on it, to help!!! I walked out with greasy orange straw like hair. No refund was offered. On Saturday, a friend came to my rescue and cut 7 inches of my hair off, taking it to shoulder length, as I had an event to go to that evening. Today after three abusive emails from the owners mother Janet, I went in to collect my refund that they had agreed to give me. 
Unfortunately, they were unable to offer an apology, or acknowledge the errors they had made. Instead Janet continued along the same line as her emails telling me my hair was already damaged & then contradicted herself by stating she was annoyed I hadn't come back in to give them a chance to sort it out. Eventually she gave me my money back, so I could leave, but not before creating a public scene as she wanted to carry on discussing it on the pavement!  
I had to have 7 inches of my hair cut off after it was damaged following multiple colour treatments in succession at Organic Angels. I got my money back, but they still haven't apologised.
