Facilities are just ok and carers are stars! However, there is always room for improvement. Nana stayed with Orchard's few months and we want to thank the staff for their kindness and compassion. I just wish you would hire more staff so everyone is well looked after.
I spent 5 weeks there, they looked after me. The staff were very kind, nothing was to much for them the food was excellent
Some staff need to improve their attitude there should be a rule of no visitor being allowed to supply any resident with alcohol at any point
Love love love this care home fantastic staff would love to see more homes like this
Nice surroundings near by plus friendly staff at this location
