A very impressive and extremely professional service. From initial discussions with Luke in the shop, through to the surveyor and finally the fitters, everyone was friendly, polite, helpful and above all, efficient. Absolutely no problem in highly recommending this company.

Not a smooth experience and lack of care from management. Would not recommend. I do not have the wrong shop. My partners name is on the invoice.

Both Matthew and Luke went the extra distance I needed to to satisfy myself that I was in excellent hands. Both of these gentlemen were so very friendly and very polite. I was put under no pressure to buy anything and was only joined by one of them at my request. Naturally, I bought my carpets with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate in giving them my recomendation and I will definitely be returning next time round.

You can't beat shopping locally! We'd been shopping around for floor covering for our refurb'ed kitchen and popped in on the off-chance. Matthew was both professional and attentive, listening to what we wanted or thought we did and even suggested he would pop to Leiston to measure up himself. Good job he did as the existing floor would have ruined the new covering in no time at all. So he arranged his guys to float ur floor first and then come back to lay the new covering and what a job they did! Well done guys we are very happy with the job and will be back for more.

From my initial enquiry, to measuring and expert fitting, I cannot fault the service received from the entire 'one stop' team. Superb advice and efficient service. I won't go anywhere else in future.

First class service in all areas, from choosing to fitting. Some help needed at short notice today and all was sorted by 3pm. Would recommend anytime.

Relaying of carpets after other services  had to pull the carpets up. Quick friendly and efficient service. It looks great  - thank you.
