Well I decided to go inside to have a nice cup of tea. It was really crowded and I can understand that they were quite busy, but I waited like 15 minutes just to get the menu. I would have loved to have a nice cream tea there because it looked so lovely there inside, but the service was too slow and at the end the older waitress was a bit rude as I wanted to go to the toilet because I hadn't ordered at this point probably. I hope other guests will have a better experience than me. I decided to leave.
I visited for an afternoon tea and left absolutely amazed! The Victoria Afternoon Tea was exceptional, offering a delightful selection of treats. The location itself is stunning, adding to the overall experience. I visited as part of a group trip with @mylondoncorner, and it was a highlight of our day. Highly recommend! Food: 5/5
Best place for afternoon tea! The atmosphere was beautiful and then staff so sweet and kind. Pops of pink and colour. The scones shaped like hearts and homemade in shop! All the food was amazing and had a variety of choices and options something for all the family!Food: 5/5
We had the house platter. Fantastic jug of Pimm's. Probably the nicest ever. Service or should I say staff are incredible. Amazing place. Definitely coming back for secondsFood: 5/5
Nice gardens. Could be delightful for tea save the mean nature of the portions. 2 small scones. 1 small jam and a small portion of cream. With so much competition could do better.Food: 3/5
First time visiting here and it was amazing! Very accommodating with our baby too and the scones were DELICIOUS. Highly highly recommend. Thank you, Pat!Food: 5/5

Wonderful tea shop with a period interior and magical fairy gardens at the back. The cream tea was the best on the island, we had fruit scones with clotted cream, jam and strawberries and topped it off with a pot of tea! The whole food experience was amazing. The fairy garden will appeal to all ages. The owner Pat is friendly and the service we received was exemplary. If you are on the island and want the best cream tea, then this place cannot be beaten.
Not very impressed. This tea room has been awarded the best in the Isle of White apparently which brings some interest but in reality it was quite poor. The family before us in the queue to be seated left as they had been waiting a while and apparently hadn't even been acknowledged. We were seated and placed our order. All members of staff seemed stressed and when the drinks arrived we had to share a teaspoon between 2 cups of tea as the dishwasher had been busy, just rinse a spoon and give it to us. The boys had apple juice in some old looking beakers for toddlers even though they are nine. The waitress never came back with a spoon so we had to share. A man brought our food over, realized one of the scones was on the wrong plate so went to change them using his hands until we said that we would do it. The scones were small and dry. The savoury afternoon tea consisted of 3 very small scones with 2 tiny portions of butter which clearly isn't enough, a small plastic tub of pickle and a small plastic tub of cranberry I think, no cream cheese or any other cheese and an image of a flower made from cucumber, celery and half a cherry tomato. All the savoury scones tasted the same and I didn't eat the pickle or cranberry as it seemed weird eating just pickle on a scone without any cheese for example. The whole experience was strange and I am not sure where this award came from.
What a lovely place full of treasures. Cream tea was great as was trying some odd teas.Food: 5/5
