Travelled here from Swansea, wasn’t eve. Acknowledged by the waitress serving was waiting at the bar whilst the server went about her business and ignored me and my 6 year old child, rude and ignorant! If you want good service go to the white hart insteadFood: 1/5
Our favourite pub! Never had anything but an exceptionally fab meal, great choice of drinks and the staff are the nicest you'll find. The regulars are always friendly, the fire is cozy and you can book into the restaurant at the back for big family meals if you don't want to eat in the bar. Always recommended.
Came here for food on bank holiday Monday, the staff were so lovely and friendly, and the pie and mash was delicious! Definitely want to pop in again next time we're in Llantwit. Also a great 2 for 1 deal!
Lovely Sunday lunch, got a table for 4 at short notice with the dogs. Great service, great food. The beef was tender and tasty, the vegan nut roast was reportedly very good also. All accompaniments were excellent. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options were offered.
Stopped off for a quick lunch and was delighted to see that the Swan Inn was open. A lovely little pub with a nice choice of menu. Our lunch was outstanding and the customer service was spot on. Family highly recommends the goat cheese starters and the beef burger, and my cheese and chutney baguette was divine. It was rainy, so unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the sizeable beer garden. Covid 19 regulation was fully complied with and we felt extremely comfortable. Definitely a place we will visit again soon.
Nice lunch, jerk chicken starter with mango salsa was lovely. Pie of the day was decent but gravy a tad too watery for my liking. Eton mess was nice and had an interesting presentation. Recommended.
We went her for a family meal and my word. Restaurant Quailty food at pub prices. The food was stunning and beautifully presented. Service was excellent. The atmosphere is friendly with a warm cosy feeling. Can’t wait to come backFood: 5/5
Christmas Day. The goose was tough and cold. If you can't cook it don't put it on the menu. The manager couldn't clear the plates of uneaten food and had to tell "the girls" to do it. Bit sexist! We sat there with the bad meals in front of us for 15 minutes. Bad management and bad food. Happy Christmas
Literally THE BEST Sunday dinner we have ever had out. The quality and taste was outstanding. Finally found somewhere we would eat again. Superb. Thank you !!
Quick and friendly service. The food was pretty tasty. Nice chilled soundtrack too.
