The room on booking.com was advertised as a private bathroom, which it was not. The bathroom was shared with three other rooms. Had I known this, I would of cancelled the stay beforehand as I have a young baby. However, the worse part of all of this was the owner came into the room while my husband and I were out for the day to take a bed out of the room. They moved our personal belongings off the bed and onto the floor. They did not discuss this with us prior to doing this. They have not apologised for this poor behaviour and are refusing to refund the last night. We left early as I was very uncomfortable that they did not seem to have an issue coming into the room and moving our things without a discussion first.
This place is lovely and most of all you are mad to feel like it's your home. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are lovely and have everything you will need. Breakfast is the best. I will certainly going back like.

Stayed here once before and loved it but can’t seem to find how I can book again number just takes me to oyo answerphone and the website that’s listed on there google page takes you to oyo bookings also and the old rectory is not actually on there any more if anyone could help with any Information on how to book I’d be grateful
Excellent place to stay, close travel links to The Stadium of Light arena. Easy parking.
