Excellent service from this company,rang yesterday to request repair to front door,Paul provided a clear idea as to costs over the phone and his colleague Ryan arrived this afternoon as agreed,he was very helpful and professional,I had a mortice lock replaced as well as a yale lock and am extremely pleased with both jobs,Ryan explained exactly what was needed and all at a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation using them again! Thank you

Paul was very helpful and quick with fixing of our door which wouldn’t open due to the key being stuck. He was able to get to our flat and fix the door with further advice and explanation on what the issues was, all within an hour. This was all done with a reasonable price and would definitely recommend his workmanship.
This guy just saved my day Called him half 8 in the morning then came at 9 did absolutely professional job without destroying my lock & very quick Hope not but If you ever locked yourself out then this is the guy
We required a locksmith at our kiosk in Croydon, Ollie was very accommodating and left his other jobs to rush over to help us! On his way to us, my staff found a spare key and we no longer needed him! Ollie was so nice about it and didn’t make us feel bad at all even though he had arrived. They came within a couple of hours of posting on Checkatrade and dealt with our locks really quickly and efficiently. The guy who came was really friendly and pleasant to deal with. He charged a flat rate call-out charge of £60 plus VAT, which I thought was very reasonable and did a few extras while he was here. I would highly recommend Master Locksmiths.
