This is a lovely place to stay for a Cromer visit, so very close to town. Ideal if you are able bodied as the stairs did seem a little steep and the main bathroom is downstairs. It was warm and cozy though with an excellently equipped kitchen if you choose to cook but why bother when you have so many restaurants so close at hand. I cannot express in words how comfy and pleasant the bedrooms are. Needless to say we will be booking for another visit very soon.
Stayed at the old coach house for the weekend, for a wedding. The house is fantastic, well equipped for all ages, some great little thoughtful touches in the house aswell. It was very clean and beds are comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and the town. Would definitely recommend this house, for a family holiday in Norfolk.
The house had lots of positives, location, space, car parking, smart TV, well stocked kitchen however there quite a few things that the owner should pay attention to give the cost of stay. 3 of the 4 single mattresses were soiled with pee stains, one of them had springs coming through, mattresses protectors were shabby and some duvets had holes allowing filling to come out. Communal carpet needs replacing too as this was quite shabby. Given that we were not allowed in to the property until later I would have expected the games room to have been cleaned too which wasn't evident with till receipts on the floor when we unlocked it. As I said there were lots of positives and our stay was not spoilt by these things apart from mattress quality which could be easily remedied.
Just back from a lovely stay at The Old Coach House. Beds were super comfortable, the house was clean throughout, very well equipped property and set in a great location too. Was great to also have use of Netflix, Amazon Prime & Echo Dot as well - all in all, a perfect stay!
We holidayed here for 10 nights from 5th July after being in lockdown since March. Paul and nicky were amazingly helpful in helping us with our dates and patiently supportive of our needs. The property is in an excellent location just 5 minutes from seafront, or town centre, and is in a residential area that is very quiet and relaxing. The property itself is cosy and comfortable, well equipped with the added advantage of Netflix and Alexa being available. The bonus was in having a games room, with pool table and darts, which we enjoyed most evenings as a mixed age group family, it was really lovely to have some family fun Also we had grocery deliveries from asda and tesco during our stay without any problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and we will definitely be returning at a later date.
Lovely cottage set down a very quiet lane but still a few minutes walk from Cromer beach and town centre. We’ve never stayed somewhere with such a well stocked kitchen! Literally everything has been thought of. Would stay here again
Great accommodation with parking. Very close to town centre, beach, bars and restaurants. Couldn't be better really.
Facilities amazing - netflix, ps3, amazon prime video! And just the cutest little cottage really near the town centre of Cromer. Would recommend!!
Nice cosy property close to the town and sea.
