Dropped a pin on this venue on Google maps, looking for a drive out to somewhere nice to eat. And it certainly didn't disappoint. Great food and drinks at reasonable prices and lovely service, with parking available.nFollowing this we had a walk around the lovely village.
I went for breakfast. The food was pricier than other local breakfast places £13.95 for their largest breakfast but the ingredients definitely tasted like they were better quality, the sausage was well seasoned and not too greasy, the yoke of the eggs was rich.nI took a friend who is on a diet and it was no problem for them to adapt the menu items to be diet friendly e.g. they poached his eggs instead of frying them.
Today we had a little pit stop during our 10 mile walk. Been here a few times now and it's alway lovely. Friendly staff and lovely food.
Spent an afternoon here, and it was really pleasant. In a small village it's in a lovely spot. Staff very friendly
The 4 of of us enjoyed a fabulous breakfast here on Sunday morning.nFortunately we had booked a table as it was very busy , cafe area was full so we ate in the adjoining pub along with other diners.nService was great and our waiter young man was attentive and nice.nWe all ordered different dishes from the menu and each one was spot on ! Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection.nNo hesitation in recommending.
