Real ales served at the correct temperature (always a plus!!) , friendly and welcoming staff, warm atmosphere and exceptional food at reasonable prices. I was in a party of 14 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals: not one of us had any problems, all delighted and will definitely go back. What was nice too was a different restaurant area so those going for a relaxing drink didn't have to mix with those eating, but we everyone was bear enough to enjoy the same atmosphere. Mid-week the pub was packed and buzzing - a good sign of a great pub. 5 stars and definitely recommend!!

Excellent choice of beers and wine. Friendly pub with really nice staff. Beer garden is lovely with a marquee style, heated area. Dogs are made very welcome - treats on the bar. Food is great and not silly prices.

Popped in for date night. Sat near the open fire. Slow cooked beef and the burger were beautifully presented and super yummy! A must if you are in the area!
