First time I've ever had vegan fish and chips before, I didn't even know it existed before seeing it on their menu, was very nice and a pleasant change. The pub looks better since it's renovation and conversion to  a a micro brewery a few years ago, with some brewing equipment visible from one of the bar areas. Only gripe with this visit was one of the bar staff gave off a bit of a negative vibe, almost couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions.
