Frozen cold chips, hair on the chips. Ask for some new ones and they come back with some new hot ones. However, they were solid inside. Hard inside so myself and my mates left the chips on each of our plates and the extra side. WE DID NOT LIKE IT HERE AND WOULD NEVER COME AGAIN

Spacious, bright & well maintained facilities and establishment. Good choice of seating for all weathers, attentive staff.....a credit to the Spoons empire!

As much as I like table service I will be glad when we get back to "normal" so the staff get a better attitude from customers.

Excellent food and excellent service

Staff obliging. Not busy for the time of day. Test and Trace down to customer scanning QR code. Not all that good in my opinion.

Good drinks,Decent food but what  stops it getting 5 stars is the decor it really needs updating,can't believe after 4 months shut nothing has been done on that side.

Ordered around like cattle. Refused alcoholic beverage for a 17 year old with parents having a meal and made to feel guilty that we wanted to move tables as the one we were given was too small to eat at
