Don't think I've ever written a review before, but these guys earned it! The staff were without exception exceptionally warm, welcoming and calming. Clare in particular really put herself out to help out with various travel issues the hen party were having (I'd booked the girls party package) - just superb service, wonderful treatments and a perfect 'luxury escapist' atmosphere. Please go along: this salon deserves to do really well! I'll definitely be back.

Well, I was lucky enough to treat myself to the most amazing and thorough pedicure that I have ever experienced.
Tanya first soaked my feet, tended to all the dodgy bits and then applied a luxuriant Spiezia foot masque. This was followed by a most relaxing foot massage and a perfect polish application.
Tanya's attention to detail was second to none.
I recommend this salon to everyone who needs a little pick me up.
The waxing and massages are also spot on.
The welcoming receptionists and therapists set the tone for an unforgettable spa experience. Thanks guys x

When i began going to the Oasis Rooms over a year ago my skin was in a terrible state through sun exposure and scars and my confidence was really low. In fact it took courage to just walk into a beauty salon! Now through regular facials with Zoe my skin looks incredible and my confidence is back! All the staff have been been so helpfull, friendly and caring and i look forward to going there every month. The salon is beautifull, warm and welcoming and they are always happy to help with advice on products, recommending appropriate treatments or just a friendly cup of tea. I would highly recommend them!

I booked a three hour spa treatment including a full body massage, dermalogica facial and pedicure. The salon did everything to accommodate my needs - negotiating a suitable spa package; providing me a steaming towel and lovely herbal tea on arrival; being friendly, welcoming and courteous; providing me a choice of aromatherapy oils for my massage; plenty of pillows, blankets and heating; very comfortable, spacious and relaxing surroundings and high quality facilities. Tthe best part of this experience however was the confidence I felt in the staff who made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed thus allowing me to completely let go of my stress and be absorbed in the pampering process. I recommend Oasis Rooms and wish I could use them as my local salon. Thanks!!!

Had a lovely back shoulder and neck massage. Shame the experience was ruined by a rude receptionist, and a mix up over bookings which was the salons fault, but rude receptionist would not accept was. Whatever happened to the customer being right! She could do with learing that customer service means not blaming the client when its the salons fault.
