Enjoyed our stay here when visiting for a Concert in town. The rooms are quite small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom was clean. To get to the location you do have to travel up some steep and narrow roads.
We booked this place for a team getaway for 11 adults, and from the very start the communication was fantastic. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful throughout.nWhen we arrived, the property was spotless. Karen showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked and where to find things, which made settling in really easy.nIt’s a brilliant spot for a group getaway – lovely and quiet, with amazing views, and shops conveniently close by. The facilities really made the stay: karaoke, pool, darts, table tennis, and the jacuzzi were all a huge hit with the group.nAn amazing place overall and highly recommended.
Not yet stayed here, but concerned that I am unable to contact them about my booking via expedia. It doesn't seem to be possible to book direct, even via their own website - it directs you to another company such as trivago, Expedia or booking.com. their email won't accept delivery and the phone is constantly engaged and cuts off tried over 4 or 5 days at various times. I've even reported this to Expedia who haven't got back to me after 4 days! Still, fingers crossed, eh!
A lovely room, clean and comfortable with lots of little extras, huge shower that stayed nice and hot. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. Location is beautifulnSuper helpful and responsive staff. Definitely recommend
Nice experience here. Clean nice rooms and facilities. Self check in. The staff were finishing cleaning the rooms when we arrived and were very friendly people.nWouldn't hesitate staying again. £9 uber to get to the town centre.
