Having an all day operation and overnight stay, I can truly say from admittance to discharge I was treated wonderfully. My room large with en-suite and very clean.nThe nurses are attentive, thoughtful and kind.nFast response, whenever I needed help.nCommunication was very good.nBeing in hospital is not a nice time, but this experience made it easier and calmer.nWould highly recommend.
My operation on 06/03/2026 was very successful. All the staff were excellent warm friendly and professional in their manner. My operation was on time and I was kept informed at all times. The food was really nice and fresh. On discharge I was given extra pain killers and a full brief of what to do and when. Overall it has been a very successful visit for me and I would personally like to thank all the staff including people who I didn’t physically see in theatre.nJulian Lay
I couldn't have wished for a better experience when I went in for an arthroscopy. Mr Surgeon Mr Chana put me very much at ease, as did the aenesthestist.nThe nursing staff were brilliant and I felt very safe and cared for. The food was top notch, just what you need after surgery.
From the moment I stepped through the reception door I was welcomed by a very polite receptionist. And after filling out the relevant forms I was taken to my room and asked to make my self comfortable before my procedure. Whilst there i met the surgeon and the anaesthetist who were very informative about the procedure and answered any questions I had. Overall my experience was absolutely amazing and couldn't falt the staff and service provided.
The care in this hospital is exceptional. Every member of staff are polite, respectful and very professional. My surgeon Mr Bhaskar was very friendly and explained every step of my operation in clear detail. The nurses are all very friendly and attentive. Food is lovely and plentiful. Overall from initial consultation to discharge after my surgery I cannot complain. I definitely recommend this hospital.
