Very slow and chaotic service for the number of staff on hand. Raj Patel is extremely rude, condescending and needs a lesson in discretion.  Lesson learned, simply take your prescription elsewhere and save yourself from being spoken to in a disrespectful manner.

Amazing pharmacy so nice. Raj Patel is amazing dont go to the pharmacy across the road it is rubbish and slow. I recommend this pharamacy. The staff are so nice and kind

If I could give zero stars or a minus here I would. Raj is rude and full of excuses for all the mistakes made by anyone in the team. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. You have been warned!

I have given The Nelson Pharmacy 5 stars as I find there service a cut above the rest. The staff are all so friendly and have time to talk to you. Your greeted by Michelle who makes you smile no matter how bad you feel she listens and has true empathy for you. Now the boss Raj is a lovely cheeky gentleman who always goes above and beyond to help assist you and makes you feel like a person he listens and understands and knows his stuff no job is to big or small for him. AT the another pharmacist is amazing he always greats you with a warm smile and has a little talk he always has my prescription ready along with my other half.  The is times they have to order medication as they simply can't stock everything but they will try there hardest to get an order in and delivered as soon as possible. I highly recommend the Nelson Pharmacy.

Very slow service. Repeat prescription always been messed up so not ready when needed to be picked up. Very disappointing becasue it used to be an efficient pharmacy. 
Michelle very friendly and always helpful.
