My two pugs are raw fed with food prepared and sold at the Pet Pantry the quality is unquestionable, of the highest standard and consistent. Without a doubt the healthiest option for my two boys who are thriving on this diet. Kelly and the team provide sound advice and are highly knowledgeable in what is good for your pets. I have also used their allergy testing service which was excellent. I would not take chances with the health of my dogs and can not recommend the Pet Pantry highly enough.
I have been looking for a pet shop like this and was thoroughly pleased when I popped in today. They sell all natural food and are fussy about what brands they stock, which as an owner of 6 pets who is fussy about what I feed them was an absolute dream come true!! The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, and as I work with animals for over ten years I could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about. The food is all prepared fresh in a kitchen at the back and I was advised that I could pre order and they would make up anything I needed. I was really impressed by the selection of raw food available, and brought some for my cats. Ive yet to try them on it yet tonights dinner will be the first, but it all looks fresh and the shop was very busy today, I even got to speak to some regular shoppers who seemed very impressed with the food, so good sign. All being well I will be shopping here regularly :-
DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will scam you out of your money and never deliver your order whilst refusing to give you a refund and stop replying to your emails/calls/messages. They sell rotten meat which is stored and prepared in their back room unsafely. They are huge supporters of factory farming but claim to use free range animals. Their treats are infested with warehouse bugs! Many dogs have been made sick by their own food and have tried reporting them to trading standards and DEFRA, but unfortunately they cover their tracks. Next time you go there, ask to see where the meat is prepared, it will leave you speechless. Do NOT shop at The Natural Pet Pantry! I believe the owner is a Miss Kelly Newbold. She has yet to answer to any of this and claims any complainers are simply liars,
Brilliant customer service, loads of raw meat to choose from my puppy loves it here also you can weigh your pet and we love their sweet smelling shampoos!
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, really good prices and range of items, food and treats and a bonny little working cocker spaniel. Great place, only disappointed we didn't know about it before now.
really nice cafe that caters for dogs too. just what we were looking for. friendly helpful staff.
