Lovely helpful staff. Everything is well set out and an amazing choice of vegan and vegetarian foods. Lots of freshly made cakes, pasties and sausage rolls which can be warmed up but are delicious both hot and cold.
The natural food company saved the day on Tuesday when we had booked a table at a nearby vegan cafe for my mum's birthday and they did not open or contact any of us. We got some delicious snacks from the natural food company and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The white chocolate and raspberry blondie was amazing. 100% recommend this wonderful place!
We’ve been visiting Natural Food Company for the past 10 years, and sadly this will be our last visit. The fresh takeout food and sweets tasted strongly of incense, the samosas were dry and tasted of incense, the skull chocolate shortbread was white underneath hopefully not mold and again tasted of incense, the brownie was dry, stale and tasted of incense. The custard and chocolate bar packaging stank of incense. I was wearing a mask and didn’t smell this problem until I got home, otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my money. Emailed the store fyi not expecting vouchers or money off and got no response. It’s a shame because despite the indifferent and ignorant male staff and the mix of eggs/non vegan items this was a gem.
Such a great selection of health focused treats!! And so close to the uni, I'd imagine the students would go wild for it! I got to meet the owner, Rachael - Great customer service and big thank you for making a sunny day that bit sunnier! :
Agree with previous review. Not everyone finds incense smell pleasant. It put me off as soon as I walked in. What happened to just opening the door and letting fresh air in instead of wasting money on incense sticks that alot of customers may not like and as for the owner's response being noone else has complained about it. How many people would actually make effort to write this if they are not planning on visiting again. I felt compelled to write this review because I did agree with previous one and had owner not wrote 'noone else has complained' I actually wouldn't have botheredbso not everyone will bother making effort to complain and the last thing a loyal customer who has made genuine complaint is wanting to.hear 'noone else has complained about it'
Lovely shop with vegan food and supplements. The owner is so lovely and I can now buy my season specific multivitamins from here as they had just brought them in.
The best little whole food shop in the city. Includes all the staples - pulses, grains, freezer sections - plus herbal remedies and supplements, and a deli counter with warmable pastries. Gluten-free section. Weekly bread delivery. Almost everything's vegan, never mind vegetarian.
Finally found a shop that sells gluten free vegan fresh produce. And, at a very reasonable price. I love love love this store and stop in at every opportunity.
no good racist staff follow me like im going thief there shop arrogant people. half the stuff is not natural go look at there almond milk etc full of chemicals. they dont there stuff just happy to sell u staff at expanded prices. they dont know how to pick the phone up im calling they never pick up. bumch of donus
Love this shop. They had everything I need. And if you need to try any herbs they have them loose
