Selling mouldy muffins on the to good to go app is disgusting and the local environmental health need to take notice! Absolutely disgusting

I’m in the Bakery as I write this review. The staff member handling cakes with her  hands, she has long nails with nail polish…doing her work while she has a pen in her mouth… talk about cross contamination.

Half toasted toasty, cold on one side, coffee was warm not hot, only giving two stars because the sausage roll my other half got was good. Wouldn't recommend, won't be back.

They have the best croissants, also an amazing oreo cheescake. If you want quality pastries, I fully recommend The Natural Bakery!

I was in the illac centre store with my husband and given coffee in a cup with a huge crack down the full length of the cup and when I asked for the manger was told that no manager was working.

Very tasty breads and pastries. Items have become smaller since it's initial opening and prices have gone up slightly. So we only purchase bread for special occasions. Staff seem to be more interested in talking with colleagues about everything from there social life to the weather than serving customer the last few times we have graced there natural bakery.

While the cake and bread are very good when fresh you really have to take care of the best before dates. Often the bread /cake on the shelf has best before date of the same day. It’s too expensive for things that are going out of date. Customer service isn’t always great either.

Great bakery, I love their Oreo cake. I'm giving three stars because the last two Oreo cakes were quite bad. The cream was too sweet with some salty parts and the base was burnt and tasted like old, ruining the whole experience. Hope they can address these issues.

I think a place called "bakery" should sell fresh bread. Pretty often you get yesterday's bread here for the same price. When it's fresh, it's good, so make sure to ask.

Bought a pineapple birthday cake yesterday. It was soft, moist and had the right amount of sweetness and the price is pretty good as well.
