Great place! Really enjoyed myself and had a great time whilst learning so much about ocean life. The aim to conserve and protect life under water is a great project and good way to have the public to get involved and interact.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
The kids had a great time looking at all the different types of fish, turtles and otters. Our 4 year old thought the place was brilliant. It even kept our two teenagers happy.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
A great place to take the children. The displays are well laid out and give great views of the fish. The virtual reality experience was a big win for my seven year old Granddaughter. There is very near by parking making getting there easy and once inside the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff at the rock pool area where you can touch star fish and other rock pool marine life were knowledgeable and the interactions they had with the customers was educational and informative.
Great place to see penguins, fish, rays and sharks. The staff are brilliant and so passionate about their roles. You must book tickets in advance. Going round takes about 2 hours and the Lego Experience centre is just a minute away. Combining the two makes for a perfect day out for the kids.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Amazing experience for the whole family! The kids absolutely loved it. There is so much to see, we really enjoyed our time there. I like the conservation that happens and the fact they teach the public about caring for our environment- very educational for children in billing their interest in taking care of our planet. The sea life are very well cared for and the staff are lovely and friendly. We watched the Archer fish being fed, it was a very fascinating talk and great to see the fish display their natural behaviours.
Visited with my disabled daughter in her wheelchair. We haven't been for years and there have been many changes. All for the better - the sets and scenery have been completed to a very high standard and the whole experience is now much more immersive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile trying to engage with a rather uncooperative youngster. This is as good as any Sea Life Centre, but this one has the bonus of being bang in the centre of Birmingham.
Second time and I still had a good time. The place was crowded which is expected, making it a little difficult to see everything unless you have all the time to wait till it's less crowded. But in general, we had a good time. Booking tickets ahead of time is the best optionVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Very exciting and fun place for family. We have been visiting this place for 20 years. We came here when our children were young now that they are older, they still love to come to this place. My father who visited us from Pakistan loved this place too. So I definitely recommend this place to visit with your family atleast onceVisited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
Amazing amount packed into this city centre location. Incredible tanks including the most memorable where you walk through the tank in a tunnel with views all around, even underneath.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
I recently visited SEA LIFE Birmingham and had an incredible experience! The aquarium is well-organized with a diverse range of marine life, including mesmerizing displays of sharks, rays, and colorful fish. The interactive exhibits and informative talks added great value to the visit. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The facility was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and engaging environment for all ages. Could be more interesting if more activities added and shows.
