I've been going to this salon for half a year now and I can confirm that it is definitely one of the best. The staff are incredibly friendly, they make you feel happy and relaxed. The nails are absolutely amazing themselves. I will continue to go to this salon, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a new salon.

Initially quite positive but then you feel like your on a conveyor belt in n out, if you have an issue it’s not corrected due to time, I mean I’ve never heard of telling someone a product is not working and they use it again n again - went to erdington to get my nails done I will not be going back to the nail room again. Customer service is poor, n the manager thinks she’s something special, they need to realise it’s customers who make the business and should treat them better - we pay you ur doing us no extra service your supposed to do a good job for paid work. Had my nails and toes nails done and absolutely love them.

I came earlier then my appointment and they seen me quicker then I expected which was good I paid £40 for my nails. The staff was really friendly also the nails look even better the next day as I think the nude colour has settled in

Friendly staff , appointments have all been started on time , offered a drink guaranteed with even a choice from a drinks menu . Don't know what u want? Leave it to your nail tech and she'll sort u a pretty combo of patterns and designs for your nails.

The nails were really nice and the woman was lovely, however they were really overpriced as I only got French tips and they were £40, and they started to chip within the first week, I won’t be returning but I wish them the bestService:&nbsp;Manicure
