The only thing they did well was schedule us in last minute as we had some issues with receiving keys to our new home. The moving team was extremely unprepared for the job. They showed up late both days one for packing and one for moving and didn’t finish until midnight the second day since they underestimated the scope of the job. Our contract included disassembling and reassembling furniture, but they didn’t bring any tools to do so and relied on me to provide them without stating in advance. Since moving took so long the team didn’t even assemble all the furniture back on delivery. Boxes were put in the wrong rooms on delivery even though I was clear as to which boxes go into which rooms. They complained about bringing anything to the top floor and left most of the items I asked to be put in our top bedroom on lower floors. I would have rather paid more for a professional team that would have done the job correctly.
Troy and his team helped me navigate the stressful task of moving my Mum's furniture after she passed. Eventually after a few months of storage, it has a lovely new home! Shout out to Mamadou and Emmanuel who were real gents - thank you!
If I have my ways they deserve more than five stars. The speed of doing their jobs n pricing including how they resolve issues that may arise, stands them out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GIVE THEM A TRIAL, YOU WOULD BE CONVINCED.
