On one hand the revamp is fantastic and it's generally a really nice space to enjoy a chat and a drink. Drink selection is par for the course. Unfortunately they've chosen to hire bar staff who would rather you not bother them with drink orders, i.e. millennials who can't be arsed to get off their phone and see you as an inconvenience. Some proper staff training and expectations would put this bar nearer five stars. Sort it guys! You've possibly got a local gem!
Ageing student pub with a few local beer options and decent prices. One of the ales had gone off and the bartender offered to replace it free of charge. Of course I'd rather they replace the keg than replace my pint.
A hidden gem, relaxing, excellent coffee, wide selection of beers, whiskies, gin and wines, friendly staff, worth a visit. Good music and lively pub quiz. Luv it x
a good sized pub great range of beers traditional feel but modern the pool table is a bit pricey mind you :-

Good friendly local pub, with regular live music. Try the Jennifer Ewan Band – Cajun music on Sunday afternoons.
Had a pizza here last night the food was fresh and we'll presented tasted great nice place to chill out while you are eating the staff could not do more to make your dining experience better
Lovely little bar and very friendly staff. Go and support them by downing a Caledonian IPA
