Very popular town center pub... Bright and clean throughout with great hospitality from Emma today as I completed my work.  Very spacious inside and open from 10am  Pool table and sports available.   ***  ***   ***   Be careful of the private carpark around the back as it's got Anpr cameras and I'm not sure about costs or how to pay... I know they are hot on sending tickets if you forget to pay...  I use the on street parking outside for an hour... Not serving food currently

absolutely horrible place. At the bar I heard that one pint costs 4 pounds, so after this I paid 9.60 for two. no one told me that table number 13 was crooked and my entire pint of beer was spilled on me. The staff knew well that the table was crooked because they immediately came with a mop, and I noticed pads under the table leg. I didn't hear sorry your clothes are wet and I wasn't offered another pint. I will never come back here

Love the new look they've got, its the 1st time i've been in there in years and even though they've given the place a major update and renovation it still felt as welcoming as it had done all those years ago!!Service: 5/5

It is a spacious pub, A really nice atmosphere. I was made to feel welcome even though I had never been there before. Lovely place.Service: 5/5
