Absolutely outstanding service. We walked in with my little one 4 this morning to get her ears pierced, and the lovely staff made it so easy go, I couldn't believe that. So professional. Highly recommended! Thank you so much
I went here for a memorial tattoo that was very special to me for my sister who recently passed away suddenly, and I was not happy with the result or the whole process. I felt very uncomfortable here and I didn’t like the way Paul was, and what he kept saying to me. He was going on and on telling me the cause of my sisters passing was a Covid jab when he had asked me what she had passed from and I told him we didn’t know yet. Obviously this is clearly not what I want to be hearing when I am grieving but he still repeated at least three times. When I first got there and he was applying the tattoo template, I asked my friend if it looked okay etc because I wanted to be sure it was right and straight, and he was rude saying “what the matter with you, are you two not awake yet?!” Obviously I want to make sure it’s spot on because it’s going on my body forever. It was basically a rush job. He kept stopping where he was too busy talking to other people in there, and then because of that my tattoo looks ridiculous. I have tried corresponding with them to get it fixed but they continuously stop responding to me so now I have to pay out even more money to fix his mistake. It’s not good enough. This is not something that I should have to deal with at this difficult time. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Had my lip pierced a few weeks ago with a hoop. The piercing itself wasn't bad but they used too small a hoop so had to go back less then a week later to have it up sized which then affected my healing process. I went back a few days ago to have it sized down again as the swelling had gone down and I was now faced with the problem of my hoop being too big and causing even more healing problems. I was told they could not size down due to it being inflamed. I was then told to use TEA TREE oil which after googling I'm glad I didn't as it causes the skin to dry out making it more irritated and can also cause severe scaring. Eventually I downsized elsewhere and now my lip is no longer irritated at all
Enquired about getting a tattoo, in which i received a response. After discussing what i was looking for i was then ignored. I thought it was strange so i messaged again. However, i was blatantly ignored again!!! I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anybody, bad service.ServicesTattoos

Friendly, helpful and professional service. I had a portrait of my dog that I lost 2 years ago. The work was carried out by a guy named Ryan who is an outstanding tattooist, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amazing staff so friendly and welcoming. I really felt at ease. I Called in on the off chance of getting a quote I wanted doing that was personal to me, was lucky enough to get an appointment straight away. Thanks to Paul for the great work and making me feel comfortable The shop is 100% on cleanliness and hygiene, which is one of the things I look for 10/10 all round
I had my very first tattoo here 25 years ago, and have recently been bringing my daughter here for piercings. Yesterday I had a spur of the moment doodle of my dog tattoo completed with a very last minute appointment! The staff are super friendly and the shop incredibly clean and tidy. I’m sure between my daughter and I we will be back again soon
Enjoy spending time here!had a last minute spot with Terri who designed me a beautiful Disney watercolour tattoo. Ended up having an extra tattoo in the time. Everyone really friendly and recommend it to anyone. Wouldn't consider getting a tattoo anywhere else. Will be back soon
Amazing place, been come here 20 plus years 4 tattoos and 11 piercings...the staff are amazing the the place is clean tidy and professionally decorated...I have had my 5th and love the design so much..
