Went as day visitor to use indoor pool with my kids during half term. A Female staff member at gym reception was very rude,wasn’t helpful and had a couldn’t be bothered attitude when I asked where to park my car and where is the pool? Then the indoor pool had NO LIFEGUARDS! NO SUPERVISION! I couldn’t believe it! The pool was full of kids (understandable half term) misbehaving by themselves with no parents in sight. Swearing, climbing up slide, running around. Only stayed for 30 mins. Will not be going again!
