Tasty tapas food with plenty of seating and very clean throughout. 2 year old enjoyed his meal. Recommend at least dishes each for lunch. Don’t expect to feel stuffed though, although all tapas is like this in my experience.
It’s an very nice restaurant in the Middle of Conwy town. Very nice and friendly staff . It was full restaurant at the time of our arrival so we sat at the bar and we had our dinner and drinks there . Food was simple and delicious ,but some of it were over cooked and chewy “patatas bravas and the ribs “ The two young chefs at the kitchen were doing their best but it was busy night Overall great experience . Good for families and friends The Manager was amazing, even in the full restaurant he managed to find a spot for us
We had the green salad which was delicious, just missed some dressing. Patatas Mojo Picon, very good but not spicy as they are supposed to be. Midlan burgers.... A must!!!! Tasty and excellent as a starter!
Pros: 1 Great service by the waitresses. They were kind and welcoming. 2 Bread and butter pudding with brandy sauce was nice. Cons: 1 Not much parking space available in front of the restaurant 2 Limited menu options for Vegetarians 3 Ambience could have been better. 4 Paella was not served in the traditional way.
If you are starving and there is nothing else open you can try it. Otherwise, many other places are serving better food. It would be a lot better if not loads of salt and grease.Food: 2/5
Great service, very friendly staff and extremely helpful on explaing menu options. Food was awesome. despite it being quiet at the time we visit it still had a great feel and atmosphereFood: 5/5
Amazing place! Great food and very friendly staff. We ordered 10 tapas for 4 people and finished with a dessert, afterward we were stuffed. Seafood paella was slightly unseasoned.
Friendly staff, however the food is overpriced and is underwhelming. Left the restaurant starving and feeling ripped off, luckily there's plenty of chippies in Conwy. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
One very friendly waiter, amongst others who were not so helpful. The evening started strangely in that they didn’t allow walk ins but we were able to book a table online and then walk in. Not a big deal. We ordered three different kinds of paellas and we don’t recommend any of them. It felt like a rice base with ingredients mixed in, depending on what you ordered. Apart from the veg paella, which didn’t have any veg in it. The veg version was also tiny - literally half the portion of what the non-veg paella were. While the chicken and chorizo had far too much chorizo. When we asked about the portion size, the wait staff were quite stern. They then sent over a massive pile of rice, which seemed like an aggressive gesture instead of an apology. The food wasn’t great, it was expensive for what it was, and luckily we checked our bill because a bottle of wine had been added to it in error.
I wanted to give a 3, but then they also brought us the wrong bill... The starters were ok, though small and it was a long wait, even if the place was not that busy. Then it was a loong wait for mains, which were average and both Yorkshire puddings were really burnt. The staff was ok, but some of them didn't seem to know the menu. At the end, they brought us the wrong bill and we told them, in order to be nice the one received was lower than the actual bill. It took another 10 min to settle it.. Overall it was a disappointing experience, which was a pity considering that it's not a cheap place either..I hope they will take this feedback on board and improve
