Reviews

Played a couple of gigs here. To get gear in the place you have to carry it up the back entrance stairs which isn't practical for heavy equipment. Was paid £5 for each gig despite the majority of people there were my band's fan base. One sound man has no idea what treble was as the mix was incredibly bassy. 
The only bands that seem to play here are the arrogant, out of touch emo screamers who haven't grown out of their phase and think that they own the place.
There's grungy looking and then there's rough looking. This is rough. The floor has more stick than gorilla glue. The toilets aren't as sticky as the main floor but still aren't that clean.
The drinks are an average price but aren't cold.

Dirty, run down, horrendous sound for live bands, no publicity for bands, awful beer selection. Lovely bar staff

Great little old school club, grunge styled decor, variety of music, live bands and solo artists regularly, regular drink deals too and generally a nice atmosphere. One of the few clubs left in peterborough and one of the only you don't find trouble.
