The physiotherapists I've seen have been great but I'd like to give a big shout out to Shelley who covers reception and admin. Shelley is always so polite and professional and is a real pleasure to deal with. I think she is a great asset to the team at Keynsham.
I would recommend the physiotherapists at The Medical. They are highly skilled and use up to date diagnostics to design the appropriate treatment programme. I found them to be friendly and encouraging which helped me recover from my injuries. Many thanks to them.
Sam Wright has provided me with excellent physiotherapy on two occasions. Both times I have had a series of appointments. I have severe arthritis in hips and knees. After the first series of treatments and programme of exercises, I believe Sam gave me a number of good years with significantly reduced pain and improved flexibility and strength. More recently, Sam has helped me to recover from 2 hip operations within 4 months and, very importantly, to help me improve my knee strength and avoid immediate surgery. Sam listens carefully and explains the exercises and their intended effects thoroughly and clearly. He has always been encouraging and positive but has also challenged me. Making appointments is straightforward and staff at the clinic are all as friendly, helpful and professional as Sam. I hope this is helpful for anyone considering seeking physiotherapy.
I have been having treatment with Joanne Jewett for months now. She is amazing, she has done wonders with my back problem. Very experienced and friendly, I would highly recommend. Thank you Joanne for making my life easier and less painful.
5 members of my family have been seeing Physiotherapist Sam Wright for many years. We range in ages from teenager to OAP and have presented him with sports injury’s and age related problems. He has never failed to sort our problems out in a professional and friendly manner. His expertise and knowledge are excellent.The clinic is run by friendly helpful staff , and appointments are available early and late which fit well into a working day . I have no hesitation in recommending both Sam and the Medical in Keynsham.
Joanne Jewett is the best chiropractor ever! She has worked wonders on my back, neck, shoulders, hips and even dropped arches in my feet! I highly recommend her.
Massage - Groupon deal I purchased a groupon deal massage for £18.00 for 1 hour. The first appointment they could offer was 3 months later. The massuse was 15 minutes late and I was in a room with the radio playing and the thin walls I could hear voices clearly next door in the other room. I was told they could only focus on 1 body part for the 1 hour. The lady kept talking to me asking if i was going on holiday this year, asking about my family. I felt like i was in a hairdressers. Having said that it was a reasonable massage for the price. If I had paid full price it may have been 2 stars.
I sustained a broken femur in January and struggled to get NHS physiotherapy so I phoned The Medical Keynsham for help and booked an appointment with Sam he got me off my crutches and back on my feet within four sessions and on my way to recovery what a star, this guy is brilliant at his job. Thanks Sam
I had a sports massage here - with Kirsty Guy. She was excellent, responded to my specific request about my needs and really helped with my stiff back. I'll definitely be going back for more! Thank you.
I can't recommend Will Eke highly enough. As a competitive middle distance runner, Will has kept me injury free and always provides appropriate sports therapy for lower and upper body.
