We had a wonderful 3 night stay over the Easter period. Mark and John could not have been better hosts. Rooms are lovely, clean and well kept, breakfast very tasty and plenty to eat. Guest House in perfect location near the sea front, in walking distance of town and next to a park. Highly recommended, we will definitely be visiting again.

Very lovely place to stay. John and Mark are perfect hosts. And can cater for all your needs.  Well stocked hospitality in room, ensuite shower and loo, lovely clean and well presented rooms. Thank you indeed. Maria Kelly and Paul

AMAZING Had such a lovely 2 days in this beautiful little guest house. Was greeted by John who gave us a parking pass and immediately helped us with our luggage. Was given a lovely cold drink and shown everything we needed to know for our stay. We then met Mark and was shown to our lovely clean stylish room with a view out onto the front. John and Mark could not do enough for us and made us feel like friends. We have never felt this comfortable and relaxed any where we have stayed before.The breakfast was plentiful well cooked and plenty of choice.We have already booked to return for a week in a few months time and cant wait to return. Thank you John and Mark for making our stay special see you soon. Gina & David.

Avoid!!!! Horrible..... rooms are not what's shown on there website only renovated rooms shown but there not much better either. Breakfast is a joke only allowed 1 sausage 2 bits of bacon which was burnt , be careful when booking and make sure you ask for your card details to be desposed off, as I was told mine was only to be charged again upon arrival!! Owners backtrack in what was originally said and are rude when questioned about issues, stairs to upper rooms are narrow which is apparently shown on there website but I'm still unable to find this on bookings. Com or there official website, due to the owners being uncooperative had to leave after 1 night having paid for 3 nights, when asked owners for a refund due to all my concerns they bluntly said no and was told it's your choice to leave!!!!! AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE A BIG FAT ZERO!!! Will not recommend to anyone...

Absolutely  amazing place to stay. Breakfast perfect. Lovely guys who own this business. Will be going back. Very friendly.
