Been trying since the 9th March to arrange some blood tests requested by my optician for an unexplained bleed at the back of my eye have I had any success? No of course not I have been given every excuse from the usual "it's not on our system yet" and yesterday I was told "We have a backlog of referrals because of the snow".I hate to think what would happen if the tests you need are vital and time is of great urgency.Judging by the reviews on here the only people who seem to think that this practice is anything but inept are the ones who come here on holiday.Yes some of the staff are nice as are the doctors if your lucky enough to see one.But none the less having to stand outside at stupid o,clock in all weathers just to be seen by SOMEBODY in my eyes is not acceptable something needs to change.As for my blood tests well who knows, that my friends is in the hands of the gods.

Cannot ever get an appointment at this so called medical practice.
What the bloody hell is happening at this place, no appointments ever available only sit and wait for hours on sodding end with every one else who are being let down by this atrocious so called service. If you are ever lucky enough to get a slot after a long wait you invariably end up seeing a health care assistant who doesn't know their arse from their elbow anyway. The only thing you come away with is a feeling of disillusion and more bloody germs after being coughed and sneezed on by fellow sufferers. This is a bloody joke so get it sorted out for everyone's sake.😡😤

Today I waited almost two and a half hours at Sit and wait this morning with my partner. It's an absolute joke. The surgery is in crisis. Only two doctors, I've never actually seen in all the time I've been there. It's enough to send your blood pressure roaring, all the waiting around in one position. It shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Understaffed and witb only 2 GP's at the centre they run it the best they can. Yes mistakes can be made, still i give 5 stars for services recieved.

What a joke      poor poor poor in every way.staff need 2 put a smile on there faces.rinf ring bloody ring for a appointment  never get through. No wonder people lose there tempers.......hate the place....
