This is not a Spa. It’s a bar that does nice food. The ‘spa’ is a swimming pool open to all with loud party music. No seating or loungers, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi and sauna. Unisex changing and don’t forget to take your own towel and dressing gown. Although when you wear it is a mystery because it’s anything but relaxing. The only saving grace was the 2 treatments we had. Definitely needs a revamp and if advertising the place to be a spa needs to establish it to be one!! Worth paying the extra to experience a ‘real spa’.

Poor service.
My daughter and I had 2 treatments and use of the spa facilities. The steam box wasnt working and the pool was unavailable because of swimming lessons, we werent made aware until we arrived even though we had booked over the phone.
The changing room was unisex which is no problem with only 3 cubicles so waited ages because of all the children & parents.
Went back across for our treatments of a facial and back massage. The girls never introduced themselves or spoke! After that we had our manicures. My daughters nails are all different lengths and had left over bits from being filed. My cuticles were bleeding and still hurt sunday night. The nail polish was applied far too many times and all around my nail, thick in some places and applied very thin in others. I honestly have never had such an awful experience and after speak to other people they dont use it either for the service they have been told about. Such a shame as the bar and food are fab!

Excellent friendly staff, the treatments were amazing and the food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!
