I called the studio more than 30 minutes before my class to alert them my train was cancelled which I later found out was due to a very sad human reason and there was no way I could make it to the studio. I was informed I should email so I could see about getting a credit to return for the class. When I emailed with a detailed overview, I was immediately told no, despite a clear explanation of a situation which was out of my hands. They get a star for bringing in some good teachers, but their profit-seeking behavior has lost a dancer. There’s some other great, more community minded studios bringing in similar level of talent that I would recommend attending instead.
I have been going here since not long after they opened. The studio is well equipped; great lights, airy, air conditioned studios and fantastic teachers. I recently had an issue with a class and I emailed and Melissa picked it up and handled it tactfully and professionally and it left me with a very positive impression. Thanks again
Favourite dance studio in London. Incredible lighting, best changing room facilities including hair dryers, sprays, showers with replenished shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a fantastic cohort of staff.
Prob one of the most beautiful studios I've danced in, no doubt about that! I'm here every week and it doesnt disappoint, especially the classes. However, I was there today for our beautiful Eleni's class which happened to be a Valentine's special with chairs. We expected chairs were going to be in the studio all ready for us already however, we, as the pupils and Eleni, herself, had to physically take ourselves out of the dance class to collect the chairs from the back of the building disrupting our precious 1.5hr of time we were supposed to be learning and training. This wasted about 15mins trying to get all the chairs in the studio. This meant that the choreo that Eleni worked hard to put together had to be rushed and was left unfinished. Although some didn't leave the studio a little later than the scheduled time, despite this, most pupils were not able to stay passed 10pm due to it being late, other commitments and rushing back home to catch public transport on time, etc.nnQuite unhappy with the service as if they had brought the chairs in on time and they were a bit more organized, our class would not have been disrupted, the choreo would have been complete, we would have had more time to drill and film and the pupils wouldn't have had to physically bring chairs into the studios themselves.nnApart from that, still a beautiful studio :
Ive been to many studios over the years and these are stunning studios! however slightly oversold.. so barley any room and the last 10/15 minutes of classes are spent with the teacher filming groups of students so you are just stood there...which ruins the experience. It should be spent just enjoying the routine at the end when you have just learned the choreography for the last hour- rather than what feels like watching a promo video shoot. Great if you want some content for IG but if you want the most out of your slot and not left stood watching, I would go to other studios where filming is no more then one or 2 takes & not the main focus.
