Took my daughter there as she is a Man City fan. Guides were really great and informative and the stadium itself was very impressive. Beware of the gift shop though, it's a bit expensive.
What a brilliant tour! Steve and Peter were fab - so knowledgeable, friendly and filled with great facts. So interesting to get an insight into the team and how it is run. Can thoroughly recommend even if you're not a footie fan!
The tour was an absolute blast! Pete and Ruby, our tour guides, were incredibly friendly, making sure everyone felt welcome, including the little ones. Their enthusiasm and passion for the stadium, its history and behind the scene were infectious, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout the tour. They were especially great with the children, making sure they felt involved and excited about the experience. Thanks to Pete and Ruby for making it such a memorable experience!
I wasn't quite sure what to anticipate from the tour initially, mainly because I booked it solely for my boyfriend, who's a huge fan. However, the experience exceeded my expectations. We had the opportunity to explore behind the scenes and witness the stadium without fans. Our tour guide, Paul, was exceptional. He effortlessly answered every question and fostered a fantastic atmosphere while providing comprehensive insights into the club and the stadium.
A good stadium tour and there is plenty slots to book on to. The meeting point is well signposted and there is an area you can sit in and get a drink or a quick bite or use the toilets. You then get called for your tour and start in the south stand. You see the normal areas including the players entrance, the tunnel, home dressing room, press conference and pitch side. Lots of opportunities to take photos and there is a guidebook and a discount in the club shop where you finish the tour. The guides are knowledgeable and welcoming even if you don't support city. You can park next to the stadium for free. Currently they are building a museum in the north stand and a roof walk.
