Great little Tea room in Ledbury, both indoor and outdoor seating they provide blankets for the outside seats which is a nice touch. Good friendly staff very attentive very nice selection of very tasty homemade cakes. Would recommend.Food: 5/5
Excellent sweetcorn fritters with avocado & salsa, and mixed mushrooms & eggs. Great coffee. Nice gifts and the cakes looked fantastic! We sat inside which was cosy, but outside looked lovely for when the weather is better. Staff were lovely!
A good place to have a cozy evening with friends or alone. The cuisine is delicious, friendly staff, good menu and reasonable prices. Recommend :
Atmosphere was lovely in the courtyard. The food and coffee were great. Pancakes were delicious! Service was friendly and very fast, even will lots of people. Very popular cafe! Recommend booking ahead as there were not many tables for walk ins. But still very accommodating.
Absolutely delicious lunch. Sausage roll ploughman's with chutney and cheese to die for! Goats cheese, beetroot relish and Pesto toasted sandwich on Ledbury bread, simply stunning, flavours to savour! Excellent service, only in Ledbury for a week, bit definitely visiting here again.
Excellent artisan food, creative menu and clearly quality ingredients used by chefs who know what they are doing! Proper homemade cakes, fabulous coffee and a great ambiance. VALUE FOR MONEY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Absolutely lovely little cafe tucked within the beautiful streets of Ledbury. They lifted our spirits on a rainy day, by both offering us a seat in the dry with the ability to choose an exotic feeling outdoors area which was covered, or the cosy inside as well as offering us allergy friendly food. We had visited 5 cafes along the high street of Ledbury already and all had turned us away when we enquired about accommodating for allergies. Some you could tell were scared to even attempt it! But The Malthouse we’re wonderful and friendly and put together a tasty plate of things our daughter could eat. They reassured us lots and took great care over us. We felt really welcomed and valued rather than an inconvenience. The food was delicious too! It was a little on the higher end cost wise than we’d usually go for for lunch, but it was absolutely worth it for the overall dining experience. Would absolutely recommend them if you also are looking for an allergy friendly cafe in Ledbury.
Best place in Ledbury for food. Highest quality. When busy there is an outside courtyard with heating so even in winter it is THE place to eat and enjoy.Food: 5/5
Just lived this place. The food is fantastic, seasonal and innovative. We went with 2 specials and were not disappointed. Very good range. We also had cake which was super tasty and again, a great range to suit most. We sat in for quite a while as our little boy fell asleep, the team there were lovely and friendly the whole time. Next time we are in the area, this place is a must!
Woweee this place is well worth a visit! There is seating indoors or on the small terrace. Plenty of options for lots of delicious food and the treacle tart was to die for! The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. There is a fabulous little Art Gallery upstairs too which is well worth a visit. All VERY highly recommended!
