I am new to the area and needed to register with a dental practice. I am a very nervous patient and I wanted to find a Dentist who was particularly sensitive to people like me. I researched for weeks and viewed lots of practices on the Fylde Coast. I was particularly impressed with the Lytham Dental Clinic's Website, the staff biographies and the commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
I eventually plucked up the courage to 'phone and I spoke to Linda who within seconds put me at ease. Linda explained that Dr Williams is an excellent dentist and he is particularly patient and understanding with nervous patients. I booked a consultation and found that Dr Williams was everything you could ask for. He is a lovely, warm person, he is very friendly, patient and takes a great deal of time to explain everything he is about to do. I have never felt so at ease and calm. I have complete and utter trust in him. Oh, and he is a brilliant dentist!!
I have had 2 implants and 2 crowns and they are perfect, very natural and I can, for the first time smile without feeling embarrassed about my front teeth. Dr Zurdo who undertook the implant work is also a fantastic dentist 
who is very considerate and attentive.
Kate the hygienist is extremely kind, patient and is very thorough in explaining how to care for your teeth and gums. I have practised what she has taught me for 6 months and have noticed a dramatic improvement. 
The rest of the team , Emma, Laura Natalie and Vanessa are wonderful, they are so very friendly and welcoming and professional. At the completion, of my treatment I was handed a beautiful bouquet and a card. What a wonderful gesture.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice to all. If you 
are nervous or are terrified of visiting the dentist, trust me when I say, you will be treated with the utmost compassion and understanding.
