Worth every penny! We purchased two pairs of slippers back in April last year. I've been working from home and have been wearing mine most of the time and they are still in good condition. They keep my feet at a perfect temperature and look great too. My husband's got holes in in December which meant they were out of warranty, but I contacted the shop and they spoke to the manufacturers and sent a brand new pair out. We are both very pleased with our slippers and also with the customer service. We would definitely buy slippers from here again.
I bought a pair of slippers in October 2019 for my son. The slippers have literally fallen apart at the front even though they are only worn around the house and he is at work all day except for weekends. I asked Lynton to either repair or replace them but they sent a curt reply saying that they could only deal with a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase. They did not seem interested in customer service at all. I would advise anyone who is thinking of spending a lot of money as I did on a special pair of slippers to go elsewhere.
