Quick delivery on my tax return in the end but the overall lack of communication has been a real issue. Fees are way too high for the service that you get.

They promised to do my tax returns with the same diligence as their own, and to be proactive and understand my business. They failed to deliver on any of these promises. They were the least proactive accountants I have ever dealt with. The only time they were proactive was in collecting their (frankly too large) fees. Neither are they chartered accountants - so you've got no come-back if they don't deliver.
