Good place to stay for those who working in Wolverhampton permanently or for 6 month or so. Courtney was very helpful, in a short notice provided me with the apartments. Apartments are clean, very warm , have all things for you to feel like home away from home.nOur handyman Steve is a gem of this place always here for you to sort any issues you facing.nI would only suggest to move the parcels lock closer to the entrance so that parcels always get dropped off to the locks and better management of the parking lot in the underground parking. But I totally can recommend thing place .
Me and my girlfriend moved into Locks apartments recently which was a great thing. The agent Courtney helped us with the viewing the apartment and also she helped us with the moving too. The place is nice and calm and in the heart of city centre which gives us access to all the services in a walking distance.
Me and my partner had a very good experience living at the Locks! The flats are modern, warm, and there's a great proximity of the building to the city centre and big markets Sainsbury's. Despite being close to the Ring road, the apartment was quiet. The management especially Courtney and Steve was helpful in viewing the apartment, answering our questions and supporting us with our requests throughout the stay.
- The building is located in a good, quiet area.n- Walking distance to shops and malls as it is located in the City Center.n- Walking distance to this big park where I enjoy the walking with my husband, the Church, Sainsbury, there are also nearby convenience stores and of course if you love desserts, The Locks is just behind the Heavenly Dessert.n- Near the road but because of the double glass window, I could not hear the noise outside. Perfect.n- There is an available Indoor Gym too.n- Courtney, the current manager, is very helpful to us whenever we have concerns in our flat. She would always assist us and I could not say anything but good things about her.n- One thing I would like to see in this building is I hope there will be a common area like a Big Lounge where residents could hang out and meet together, maybe play board games or cards, have a coffee or tea.n- Overall, My husbnad and I are satisfied with the services of the staffs and staying here is I would say, feels like we are living in a hotel. One proof is we've just signed our new contract to extend our stay here as residents of The Locks. Yey!
Our company had a great experience with Verv Life. We rented few apartments for our employees who were staying temporarily in Wolverhampton. The location, and cleanliness of the apartments were really good.nCourtney General Manager is very helpful. Answers our questions and she makes sure we get what we want. Very good option for businesses and individuals. We can definitely recommend staying at his place.
