Having seen a lot of properties in Wolverhampton, The Locks apartment and facilities in the building were far superior. The parking is excellent, with the location close to all required amenities. A very professional site manager completed the process smooth and efficiently well done to him.
Place is very clean and calm. Service from management and maintenance is excellent. Jacob and Steve always help when you need something. Location is magnificent. Neighbors are nice and everything is smooth!
Avoid. Jacob is very unprofessional. He shows you around and then messes you about thereafter. Plus a friend who lives there keeps seeing a lot of rats outside and so is leaving.
Good place to stay for those who working in Wolverhampton permanently or for 6 month or so. Courtney was very helpful, in a short notice provided me with the apartments. Apartments are clean, very warm , have all things for you to feel like home away from home.nOur handyman Steve is a gem of this place always here for you to sort any issues you facing.nI would only suggest to move the parcels lock closer to the entrance so that parcels always get dropped off to the locks and better management of the parking lot in the underground parking. But I totally can recommend thing place .
Our company had a great experience with Verv Life. We rented few apartments for our employees who were staying temporarily in Wolverhampton. The location, and cleanliness of the apartments were really good.nCourtney General Manager is very helpful. Answers our questions and she makes sure we get what we want. Very good option for businesses and individuals. We can definitely recommend staying at his place.
