I had a new cast iron fireplace fitted from The Living Room where there has been an old gas fire. The customer service was excellent and really friendly. There was no pushy sales, and James talked us through all of the options. The fitter was also great - on time, friendly and tidy! I was also surprised by how quickly they were able to fit after ordering.  The living room of my Victorian terrace house now has some character back, ready for new floors and decorating!

Thank you to James for providing a beautiful electric fire expertly fitted by Neil. The shop has a wide range showing what options are available, presented in a variety of styles. James is a knowledgeable chap who was keen to hear what we were looking for and helped to provide the options available without any aggressive sale tactics.

Upon our arrival to TLR fireplaces we were instantly welcomed with a smile and excellent customer service from James. We were looking for a fire place to complete our living room revamp and the choices we had were impeccable, we found one we really liked and from ordering to delivery there was no stress or problems. Delivery came on the date agreed and within good time. I would highly recommend TLR fireplaces to anyone that is looking for a fireplace big or small there is enough to choose from. They also have an excellent art collection too.

James at The Living Room gave us all the guidance and advice we needed in selecting our woodburning stove. He was able to get the stove and install it within a couple of months - which was far quicker than any other retailer we had spoken to. The surrounding area is yet to be completed part of a bigger renovation project but the stove is in and looks great. Fantastic service all round.

We have just bought a beautiful electric fireplace from The Living Room, and we are so happy with it. I was recommended to go to their showroom and I can honestly say, from entering this lovely shop, and meeting James, we were totally at ease and enjoyed the whole experience. The range of fires was superb and we were spoilt for choice. There was no hard selling salesman following us around, which meant we could browse at leisure. It was easy to see how busy it was as the showroom has a lovely ambience. James has kept in touch from the sale to the delivery and was always there with any queries I had. I would recommend, without hesitation doing business with this company. It is definitely worth a visit and you can be assured the after care will be there should you need it. It's been a lucky find for us.

Would highly recommend.James was so helpful. The fitters were polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We had an old gas fire took out then we had to wait for a new floor to be fitted then rang James and he arranged our new date for fitting .Cannot fault anything went so smoothly perfect!

When we visited the Living Room James was so helpful from start to finish, he helped choose our electric fire and surround he also went the extra mile to ask one of his fitters to call and take out the old one so the wall could be plastered in time before new one arrived , our new one is now installed and we are thrilled with it .
