Great place, great wholesome food, and pleasant staff.nI bought my usual, chips ham and eggs. With some blue wicked with tumbler full of pure ice cubes.
Nice big 'spoons' with standard fare menu and quick service via the app.nImpressive beer garden! nQuite busy with breakfasts when we went, but no problems with food served nice and hot!...will happily call in again sometime as car park is just a couple of minutes walk away.
The chicken wings here are the best and we are never disappointed. The selection of real ale could be improved with a better balance of blonde, bitter and dark beers. Service is always spot on and the staff are very friendly hardworking. Jess is our favourite as she’s very particular about customer service and also has a good sense of humour and understanding of customer interaction.
My first visit to this Spoons the restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff pleasant and helpful. I must say the journey up to the toilets was like a trip up Everest and well I am taking toilets the censor flushed seven times while I was sat on the throne leaving me a cold wet feeling down below.nIt's also handy for me having the Skipton and Burnley bus stops right outside easier to get home.nBack to the food I unusually have fish and chips at the Spoons but it was the steak pud. today and it did not reach the level I am used to so probably won't participate in the downing one again the mushy peas were lukewarm not hot. Thanks to the young lady behind the bar who asked how much lime I would like in my drink it's nice to asked. Would I return to North St. Probably but as I don't often visit this former mill town it may be some time.
Ordered 10 chicken wings received 8 short measure on my pint and didn’t send out a side as an extra. Staff were great busy and friendly. I know it’s cheap and sometimes cheerful but stop robbing the customers when times are tough enough as it is. Thank you.
