Jennifer is lovely and really put me at ease. Easy t talk to and explains everything about the service. The service was quick and relatively painless! Really happy with the results too. The salon is nice and clean, and it has it's own little car park too.
Booked in for my first ever professional bikini wax at 41 years old. I’m a plus size woman and felt nervous about the appointment, having everything on display and especially the all fours element! However, I was put at ease immediately by the lovely lady I saw. She explained everything that would happen, talked me through every step of the process, kept me relaxed with a nice chat and generally looked after me and made the whole experience really positive. I’m delighted with the results and will definitely be returning for all my waxing needs. A really great experience for a waxing novice.

First wax in a very long time, Jen made me comfortable, she was very friendly and professional. The place was warm and welcoming. Booked in for my next appointment
Jen was brilliant today. I haven't been for 8 weeks or more and I had over played the pain in my head because I'd forgotten.. but Jen made it all so easy and I left thinking why was I so worried ‍‍ Jen is always so friendly and makes me feel at ease.
