Fantastic quality items, beautiful little store. It's my go to store whenever a friend or family member has a little one as everything is so beautiful and natural!! I have always received a wonderful and personal service in the shop. Charlotte and her staff always go above and beyond!! My sister had a very prem baby and Charlotte not only pointed me in the right direction gift wise, but also told me of other shops that stocked tiny baby clothes - which as a small business, I wasn't expecting them to point custom away. Always a pleasure - thank you!

I had seen the 'Milk' babygrow online, and as we were calling our unborn 'Mini Milk' it seemed perfect - It was a little more expensive than a supermarket or high street babygrow, but seeing as it was organic cotton and ethically produced, I decided it was worth it. The package arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped and the babygrow was gorgeously soft and perfect for our little one. Unfortunately, after its first wear, I noticed the two seams were coming apart near the bottom poppers - I contacted the shop owner and had an email response within the hour. It was very personal, offered congratulations on our newborn and offered three options to replace the damaged babygrow. Wow! I have never received such positive customer service. A replacement was sent out the next day - amazing! Don't read the reviews which confuse this wonderful little business with an American company with the same name! I couldn't recommend this business highly enough and will add it to my favourites when it comes to buying gifts and treats for other little ones. THANK YOU! : Shop independent. Support local.

I’ve shopped online with Little Natural Co for many years, and have never had anything other than fantastic service and prompt delivery. Their customer service is second to none! The pieces I buy have lasted onto my second child over 3 years of overuse and I’m thrilled I got to visit the physical store for the first time just before it closes. Fantastic shop!
My absolute go to for beautiful baby and children's items! I absolutely love the brands stocked and for all the reasons they do so. It's so important, especially these days, to buy organic and sustainable clothing and this is what The Little Natural co is. I've also always received a super speedy, reliable and friendly service. I love everything about this business, from the actual products to the detail of the packaging that shows how environmentally friendly they are. Everything feels natural, packaging was recyclable from top to bottom and it was GREAT. Many companies are becoming more and more environmentally conscious but this one is one of the couple that i have seen that actually infuses this culture to every detail that i can see! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
