Definitely the best fish & chip shop in the area. My first visit at around 18:30 on a Friday evening, there was a constant stream of customers. This means the place is very popular, and for good reason. There was a bit of a queue and I waited almost 10 minutes to be served. But they have a good, efficient system to keep the line moving. There were at least five employees behind the counter and food is constantly being cooked. After paying, it took only moments before walking out with my order. I had fish & chips and a can on Pepsi for £6.40. Not exactly cheap and the portion of chips was rather small. But the fish was of high quality and both the fish and chips were cooked to perfection, served piping hot and tasted delicious. I would definitely come here again and recommend to anyone.
Ordered a chip barm with curry sauce through ubereats. It came as a portion of chips with curry sauce on. No barm. They even highlighted it on the receipt to say it had been packed I assume. I called the little chippy and I was told that nothing can be done. Uber wouldn't refund me, so I'm out of pocket. The little chippy said "We are very busy and have to go" and put the phone down on me. Extremely poor service and will not be ordering again.
Had Fish and Chips from there today. Sat on bench near shops in the sun eating it. Delicious I have to say. :-

Visited The Little Chippy first time today, and must say they are amazing! Fish lovely and white,crispy batter and chips very tasty. Good portion size, and like that the friendly staff cook your order from scratch. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely superb Fish and Chips, cooked fresh right in front of you. No cooking in batches and lying around in the keep-warm for ages. The chips were crispy and stayed hot, the fish was beautifully fresh and flakey with crispy batter. Will definitely be visiting again!
