I called this restaurant at 22:20 for a donner wrap. While i was talking to the girl on phone i heard another girl in background complaining because i called 10 mins before the closure. I just hang up. I mean if you don’t want take anymore order just don’t answer the phone or close earlier! Shame because ive been ordering from here since long time.

Everytime i get the chance when im in newcastle i visit the little chip ive been going there for over 10 years and they just never change as in the food the food is the best ive experienced the fish suppers are beutifull and im never dissapionted any time i visit . The only problem i have is that the staff at front of house could be more friendly and welcoming i dont know if its cause im scottish or its just the way they are but definetly room for improvement there everybody likes a friendly face and welcome iys the only thing that spoils my visit

Honest to goodness straightforward chippy.  Excellent chips every visit so far.  Cash very much preferred.

When I rang up the shop to see where my delivery was. he was Cocky down to the phone saying the rang the buzz but didn't at all.why lie. Delivery never turned up. Been waiting for 3 hours and still no nothing. What a joke. Waste of time. Never ever ordering food for you again which never turned up on time..Food: 1/5

Being going here for years it may change mangement over the years. But high standard they have they always kept and they deliver at reasonable prices, compared other fish and chip establishments. They offer more than just fish and chips check out there menu. They also do loverly Haddock. There quantity you receive is large one, serving could feed two people. Well worth a visit you may have to que at busy times but well worth the wait for mouth watering food. They are not greasy or overly used fats. Best in Gateshead. Long time established within the community.

Stunning food, freshly prepared, always tasty. Gorgeous quality fish and the chips are so scrummy. Always so clean and the owners are lovely xFood: 5/5
